Today is a wonderful day, because you are here.

This air I breathe fills me with vitality.

This breeze that caressing with tenderness my face makes me understand that I am part of Mother Nature and she is part of me.

The sun dispels the cold that chills my hands, these hands that represent the work of each day.

Today I am a new person, no pain from the past nor fears about the future.

This is my present, the most important moment, because I choose what will be and will do.

I Am One with the Everything, and the Everything is with Me.

I Am the Son of Universal Love.

I Am what I have decided To Be.
I Am Happy.
I Am Prosperous.
I Am what I Am, I Am who I Am.

I act under my own criterion. I respect everybody's liberties and I love them because we are Sons of my Father.

I thank for being surrounded by all these wonderful and unique people.

I thank for these foods. I thank for all my resources.

I bless those around me. I bless each Being of the planet. I bless my Father and my Mother, my Brothers and Family. I bless you and I bless myself.

Today is a wonderful day, you are with me and I can feel you.

I can feel your support, I can feel your hand guiding me,  I can see with clarity my footpath.

Father, here is your son, Son, there is your Father.

You are part of me and I am part of you.

I Am The Individualized Divine Presence.

I Am Wisdom.

I Am Firmness.

I Am Temperance

and I am Constancy.

I Am love firstly and secondly.

I Am what I choose to be, and I choose to be better than yesterday.

I get what rightfully belongs to me.

Today I feel happier.

Today my cure will be laugh.
